The CARES Act allows 杏吧原创 State and other higher education institutions to provide direct emergency cash grants to college students whose lives and education have been disrupted by the outbreak of COVID-19. Additionally, the funds assist institutions in providing a better quality education through different modes of learning. A requirement of the CARES Act is to provide periodic reports of each area of funding.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
